Academic Grievance

a] A student who has a grievance about the content or conduct of any course, or the way in which his/her work has been assessed, must first discuss the matter with the course lecturer .

b] Should there be no satisfactory resolution the matter will then be referred to the Academic Committee, before taking a final decision on the recommendation, will invite the student to present the reasons for his/her grievance. The student may choose to be accompanied and supported by another staff member or colleague.
