This Course introduces the student to professional attitudes, understandings and skills. The focus is on the teacher as the decision maker employing a reflective and self-analytical approach. Micro-skills of teaching, classroom communication, effective management ,the process of planning learning segments, and the fostering of an effective learning environment are some of the specific arears included.
